hard to pick but I have 3 i watch regularly. dawn of the dead original the beyond halloween i watch all of those at least once a month.

all of these post were fine and dandy dandy and fine but all of them are mainstream crap in my opinion....with exception to Romero and Savini

Hellraiser, mainly because of the line "Come here, d**n you. I want to touch you" I cant think of a better line than that.
